Russian drone attack on bus kills five in Ukraine's southeast

A Russian drone struck a train near the Ukraine-Poland border shortly after senior visiting officials, including the former prime ministers of the U.K. and Sweden, passed through.

Ukraine said a Russian drone strike ignited a fire at a petrol station near the Yahodyn–Dorohusk border crossing with Poland in the early hours of Sunday, 13 September. Video filmed close to the crossing showed flames and thick smoke as firefighters tackled the blaze.

The strike hit a Warsaw-bound train near to the border a short time after another train carrying various foreign dignitaries passed through the same track.
